"Horrible horrible, avoid. Fish and chips mushy peas, appeared to be reheated. Batter dark brown, chips dark brown, dry flat, no crisp with the, This is why I say they looked reheated. Mushy peas were a none existence to resembling mushy. Tasteless. The price of drinks was a surprise too, expensive. The outside of the pub, which is old and with character, looks nice. Inside the pub a different story. Badly in need of total refurbishment, ladies toilets look dreadful, so old and put together, going back into the dark ages. 25 years since we were here, and the toilets have not changed. Nor the pub decorations. Avoid."
