"We visited this place in mid August and booked a table for four people. The restaurant was empty, as only a few people were eating there. The waiter welcomed us and offered a table close to the window. Before placing an order, we asked for tap (emphasis on a tap) water, but the waiter declined our request and said our restaurant only offers bottled water (1 liter). We wanted tap water as the weather in mid August was brutal, and drinking cold water wasn't ideal and not enough. We decided to order six different pizzas, two of them without gluten and lactose. The first waiter accepted our order. We waited approximately twenty minutes, and another waiter brought our pizzas to our table. The waiter had no clue which pizza we ordered and who ordered what. Also, he couldn't tell us which pizzas were gluten and lactose free, as we ordered two of the same pizzas, but one was non gluten free and non lactose free. The pizzas looked identical, but we distinguished them based on the lactose free mozzarella cheese. The pizzas looked terrible and tasted even worse. One of us tried the same pizza: gluten and non gluten. To our surprise, they tasted the same which was bitterly disappointing. After we finished the food, waiter asked us about our experience. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed but instead of asking what was wrong, only thing he gave us was a smirk and even offered desserts (which we obviously didn’t order). The pizzas looked like refrigerated ones from the supermarket, with burned crusts and the cheapest ingredients. Jokes aside, one of us has a celiac disease and lactose intolerance which lead to a terrible evening and even worse following day. Perhaps the lactose free mozzarella cheese wasn't lactose free after all…. Summary: extremely overpriced food, indifferent staff terrible experience."

"Visited on a Sunday Morning 9:37 at the old address, they haven’t updated it 02.10.22. 9:45 we arrived in the new location asked if we can get 2 seats without a reservation. The Barista was very nice an offered us seats in or outside. Waiter handled a couple that arrived after us. It took her 7min until taking the order, she tried to assist us with the menu even though she was poorly speaking English. Be aware digital menu prices are different from what they really charge you. In the Background was playing very loud Album of Beyoncé hard to enjoy your breakfast when you don’t like her voice, could have been some nice Italian music, but turning the volume down wouldn’t have hurt anyone. Cappuccino and Espresso was perfect, optically and Taste! Breakfast was excellent! People on the street were looking shocked and taking pictures, or staring at us, as breakfast was looking awesome. We have been asked to leave directly after finishing, which was exactly 1 hour after our arrival and maximum 45 minutes after our breakfast came that is very rude! They charged 1.50€ for espresso it was 1.30€ in the digital menu, and 2.50€ for the cappuccino it was 2.30€ in the Menu. Scrambled eggs with Avocado and Salmon cost you 6€ extra, but 2x 4€ when you charge them separately which they did. Instead of writing all that love on the bills, and on the walls, you should not kick out your customers out of greed to serve more people. Food is great, management loves money before customer satisfaction. Then please remove the photobox and make place for 30 more seats you cannot communicate that this place is awesome, and then try to cash out as much as possible!"

"Firstly, I must start by saying the food was good and the price range matched the quality of the food. The decor is smart, and there are sliding doors where you can close yourself off for privacy if you want. We did enjoy the food....but we did find the process quite hilarious. DRINKS Firstly our waiter seemed to be the son of the owners and he was incredibly disinterested in working there. After being shown to our seats, he handed out the menus. mins later he did come to take the drinks orders , which we asked for water, sprite, Sake and a beer. He the brought everything but the sprite. We asked again for it and he rolled his eyes and brought lemon tea. We managed to get his attention to say sorry we wanted a sprite. Humungous eye-roll and he brings it over. FOOD This left us in hysterics. I asked him what he recommended, and he replied with I recommend you order from the menu I then asked what a certain pork dish was like and he looked at me like I was an idiot and said Its pork We then ordered the sushi boat, a chicken rice dish, salmon rice dish, and donburi. The chicken rice dish turned up as the pork. The deserts were all geat! PAYMENT We then received the bill and the lemon tea was on it. Couldbt be bothered t complain about it. We headed to the door and rubbish waiter was wating there obscuring the handle causing one of our diners to assume he was holding the glass door open and he walked into the door with a loud bang. What did rubbish waiter do? he burst out laughing! TBF it was funny, but laughing at your clients probably isn the way to go. We left in hysterics at the poor service. But as I said, the food was good. Just dont get served by the owners son he clearly doesnt want to work there"

"Dropped into this restaurant along the waterfront after another local restaurant refused to serve us due to unknown reason. I checked the Google reviews and was a bit skeptical whether to try it. But we’ve been traveling for over 20 hours to finally get to Lake Como so we were tired out and just wanted to grab a meal and head to bed. The host/waiter was very attentive and welcoming. He greeted us immediately and had us seated immediately. We saw the place was pretty packed with people speaking Italian so we assume they’re either locals or tourists from other part of this country. That was a good indicator the food must be pretty good. We ordered a chicken salad, grilled sea bream, and an arugula pizza. The food took awhile to come out since we asked them to bring everything together. The pizza came out great and certainly did not disappoint. The crust is much like Indian nann, which I absolutely love! And the grilled sea bream were well seasoned and texture. It definitely was a lot better than the frozen fish I’m accustomed to eating in the states. The salad was good but I wasn’t expecting so much lettuce versus the greens I get with most other Mediterranean salad. There were only two of us but we finished all the pizza and sea bream. We didn’t finish the salad because we ended up swatting a mosquito that landed on it and it had some blood spattered over the salad. So we just left some of it uneaten. But clearly there were more food than our stomachs can accommodate. We were stuffed but the food is worth stuffing. I wish we had room for a tiramisu since they looked really good (cake like). Prices are really cheap but food is definitely wonderful. I’d strongly recommend giving this restaurant a try. They even have ample of free parking behind the restaurant. Well done, guys! Thanks for the wonderful food and your hospitality!"
