"Dîner entre amis dans une salle climatisée à côté du comptoir. Le niveau sonore de la salle doit néanmoins être assez conséquent lorsque la salle est remplie.Nos choix se sont portés majoritairement sur des pizzas. Celles-ci sont bonnes et suffisamment copieuses. Cependant un amis a opté pour une bruchetta qui manquait cruellement de contenu selon lui, pour un prix supérieur à une pizza..Les desserts sont bons, mais pas transcendants. Le tout s'est déroulé dans un décor moderne à l'ambiance self-service.4 étoiles pour les pizzas, le tarif et le personnel très accueillant."

We tasted the chef's sauerkraut and we can say that it is wonderful full of flavor and taste. the sommelier served us with delicious wines. here we can talk about the ratio of quality/price excellent meal has a very honest price. "The restaurant we love the most! We went there several times and we were really never disappointed. A beautiful team that, despite the influx of customers during key periods, remains smiling and courteous. A kitchen with local products , I find the goat at the Cellier des Montagnes , local farm products shop . The rest is in this image and it is a master restorer who manages this place. "Y ayant fait une halte le matin pour prendre un café en terrasse sur cette jolie petite place, nous avons parcouru la carte des menus proposés pour le déjeuner.N'ayant pas envie de visiter la carte de chacun des nombreux restaurants de la ville, nous y avons réservé une table pour le midi et en avons été très satisfaits.L'accueil y a été très agréable, le service parfaitement mené, avec obligeance.Nous y avons dégusté les ravioles maison façon bouchée à la reine: belle présentation et mets savoureux.En dessert, nous avons choisi, parmi les nombreux gâteaux en vitrine, une verrine citron, tout à fait délicieuse.Bref, ce fut une bien agréable pause-déjeuner."

"delicious meals, beautiful setting, small quiet terrace on the weiss canal and very friendly and welcoming staff. We think the bosses are very present. really pleasant atmosphere and wide choice of food. Do not hesitate to go for a tour, it is the opposite of a tourist take. "We loved in Germany from 1974-78 and traveled to kayserberg many times, dining at many of the fine restuarants there! In June 2015, we were in France and traveled to Kayserberg. As it was two years ago, we cannot remember the names of the restaurants we dined at for lunch and dinner, but they were fabulous! One of the meals was Choucroute, a combonation of the mist wonderful, mellow sauerkraut or " choucroute" in the French language, with a variety of ham hocks, sausages, porkmchoos and other variety pork delicacies piled on top! We highly recommend this dish..We gave the one above a five star, as an example of most of these fine Alsatian Restaurants!"

"Very good flambée Tarte, smiling and friendly servers, fresh ingredients MAIS you shouldn't be hungry.. we can't say that generosity characterizes them .. I took a flamm to the ham of parma, covered with salad for very little bit, it certainly isn't worth the 18th request... Be a little more generous, we're in Alsace anyway!!"

"We had a reservation and when we arrived they said it was cancelled. They didn’t even try to look for a place for us. It was like: we are full, bye bye If you don’t want thefork to make reservations in your restaurant, take it out from the web. We were 7 people and one child that you left out in the street to look for another place. I hope someday the same thing will happen to you in a foreign country. Bye bye"

"En visite à Kayzersberg, nous avons déjeuné, sur les conseils d'amis, dans cet établissement situé en plein cœur de cette ville magnifique. Sans réservation, nous avons eu la dernière table disponible, ouf! Un conseil, réservez. L'accueil est très sympa (même notre petit chien était le bienvenu). La cuisine est excellente, raffinée, recherchée. Et les assiettes sont très bien servies! Le choix de vins est assez large et à des prix très abordables. Au niveau des bonnes surprises, la confiture de choucroute qui accompagne le foie gras est une tuerie! Et les pommes dauphines servies avec le repas des enfants étaient exquises !Bref, une adresse incontournable et un sans faute pour notre repas !"

"OK, so the food was fairly good. The snails were a little different tasting but good. The issue here was the service. We ordered two beers when we sat down. They never came. Finally another waitress came to take our order. We ordered and mentioned the beers we had yet to receive. Two locals sat next to us and ordered. They brought them their silverware for snails, etc. Finally my wife got her pork knuckle and sauerkraut. I helped eat hers as I awaited my escargot and my quiche. Our waitress did come and tell me it was on its way. When I got my quiche, salad and escargot our first waitress who forgot our beers eventually brought me my snail eating implements. When we got our check the second waitress insisted our United States Visa credit card did not work. Now I realize we are behind the times no chips in our cards, but it has worked all over the world and even earlier that day in France. She tried it a couple of times but insisted it was no good. Oddly it worked fine at a shop in town right after lunch and we have continued to use it on this trip. We paid in cash. We are not ones to complain or play the "they don't like Americans" card however it was kind of weird how I felt that a little here."
