"I received an email sent at the day of my event at 4.20pm, but not seen by me until 18pm informed me that our food would be delivered between 5 and half past instead of the arranged 6.30pm due to unfavorable weather conditions. the venue. nothing to do with our event. it is a private functional space. the tables for the buffet were not ready to receive when eating was delivered at 17.15 clock, what the time of the venue bar staff told us that it was delivered. (the peculiarity of gastronomy says it was actually 5.45 o'clock) my employee arrived at 18 o'clock to set up the tables, and eating had already arrived. then she set up the tables and when I arrived, we had to bring all the food where it should be. in my opinion, the catering ship would have called the venue and received the number for the organizer (I) and contacted me directly. better still, they should take a contact number first. we could have taken up the road at my nurse and cooled it. it is completely unacceptable, even if the food was perfect to deliver 1.5 hours earlier than expected without proper communication. but unfortunately it wasn't perfect. I sent an email on 17. november with the name “Paid with thanks. I can only look at a few things. I know I just said no nuts, but also no orange or rosmarin, as they are anyway. I know that it canned exfoliation in minze cake and only that is ok.” the owner replied to 23rd...6 days later (what a recurring thema is maximum 2 days for a business response is acceptable in my modest opinion) "received your payment with thanks. I also took her requests to know.” apparently she had not made any note. because I opened the “Deluxe cheese Platter” and was thrown into the face with orange odour that brought me to vomiting. (It is my allergy that causes vomiting and migraine) now, the orange halves with cheese. Especially SOFT cheese that sucks the orange taste?! especially if they were specifically asked not to use oranges because of allergy. the whole cheeseboard was then bordered for me. the owner has responded to my complaints, in the grunde asserted that no one else has complained and implies that it must be my personal with dodgy gaumen. as far as I have sent an email, some of my employees are "friend buggers," which are actually related to the festive menu items that I missed and replaced by customized alternatives that I requested. it was a lot of the basic elements that were unacceptable: cheese onion rolls had hardly any filling and were dry. pizza was dry and hard. spring rolls were soggy. the chicken sandwiches had no butter or spread on request. the thun-fish and egg sandwiches, however, seemed a kind of spread and were brought to me by workers who then said they could not eat them. the owner does not have been used to spread that, if true, then I do not know what the problem was. I couldn't say it, but I only ate 1 of everyone, as I found them personally and taste less. I had hoped to receive a partial refund of 50%, not to use it again and not to say more about it. we talk about £450 worth on food! So the half back for all these problems is not inappropriate, as our first post-covid employee gathering has been ruined. I am very disappointed that the owner does not take responsibility or accepts the negative feedback to eat. she has rejected any form of refund with withdrawal of £10 to compensate for missing bankett role! avoid"
