"Out celebrating a work colleagues special birthday last night , sat outside enjoying the fabulous views and evening sunshine, but that's where the good bit ends!! We all ordered individually from the app, so things did come out in dribs and drabs, however after waiting nearly 40 mins the majority of colleagues had already received their meals, leaving 3 of us waiting (2 only waiting for chips), we had already asked 3 times and we were then offered a round of free non alcoholic drinks as an apology, we then asked twice more and waited a further 30 mins, before our food eventually turned up and the chips were cold, but we were too hungry to complain. Another colleague had her food turn up with cheese on it despite being dairy free and noting this on the app, twice before they got it right for a 3rd time and it wasn't that hot either. I know everybody is returning to work after a long period but I've visited other restaurants since lockdown restrictions have eased and they've managed it, pull your finger out Prezzo!!"
