"the old traveler is enchanted and lost in the bonario restaurant two of salerno, a stone's throw from the hotel plaza in which he lives. a magical space, elegant, shaded, with long tables and a vaguely esoteric climate. the surprising restaurant, Mario, who speaks to you in the waiting of the dishes, with the colored voivacity of a character ocited by the shoe scene. Graduated in philology (so at least of boasting,) he shows himself perfectly able to hold his head with respectful irony at a table of artists of the paloscenic, scholars and writers. explains also the reasons for the arcane name, track two, for the presence of a member once, then dismissed for other professions (and misconstrued it seems,) replaced by an authoritative wife, who gave him sons to bunches and a strong subjection. every morning when we wake up, in fact, our amphitheatre demands from his companion a kiss and the assurance of an untouched love, in the fear of being hunted. and note that the house, as stated, is of its own property. not only stage jokes, because in the meantime they arrive, with delays due to the elaborate composition, foods with an irresistible taste, of complex composition. Baroque architectures are in fact mixed pasta, creams of potatoes, shrimps and smoked provola and the anchovies then in love, fried and breaded, lying on a bed of chickpeas, with inside ricotta di bufala. the guests coming from the spagna and from various regions of Italy shout enthusiastically, and we all bow to the Departing genius."

"We were trying to find a place that wasn 't just more Italian food and being of Irish heritage found it fitting to try out this place. Very cramped and dark, but felt like a legitimate pub for sure. One thing that was definitely surprising to me was that their signature dish was Irish Ribs . Now maybe I didn 't spend enough time in Ireland, but most small local pubs we went to didn 't offer ribs. So of course we had to see what it was about and ordered it along with a pistachio pesto pizza and a stuffed baked potato. The potato thing was definitely a huge deal as it seemed like 90% of the menu was something with potato, so kind of riding a stereotype. The food was good, other than the signature ribs ha ha. The pizza was perfectly cooked, the pistachio pesto was rich and creamy. The baked potato was also very good, not burnt and was cooked through. The filling was delicious, unfortunately I can 't recall exactly what was in it (lost in translation). I believe we ordered the croquettes as well since we love them as a snack. They came in a nice basket and were great. The ribs however... ouch. Please don 't call that a signature dish or claim that is what you are known for, its an insult to the Irish and an insult to ribs. For those who know US foods, you could pick up a rack of ribs precooked in BBQ sauce from the grocery store for $5 8 and they honestly are better. The pork was cooked okay, but nothing stood out about the ribs. Other than the bones it felt like we were eating a McRib or some other processed pork product. To the owners of the pub please go find true BBQ ribs and follow suit, this fast food equivalent is bad! So if you are from the US or are familiar with other quality BBQ foods like Korean BBQ, please skip the ribs and get something else. Overall we had a great experience, great food(other than the ribs), great Irish beer, and great service."
