Excelent food,carefully prepared, very kind and paying attention to details staff. For sure I would come back with my friends.

Beautiful fish dishes and drinks menu was amazing. Tucked into a small side street, it was a great location. Service was great and all reasonably priced. Worth a second visit.

We had a wonderful meal there. First, the service was welcoming and warm. The food was not like anything we had in Italy. The menu was creative in ways that make this place special. We had the roast suckling pig but the pulpo appetizer was to die for. Speisekarte ansehen

We ate at this restaurant by chance, but do not regret it! Had a fantastic dinner its is a family run restaurant offering excellent service, an extensive wine selection and amazingly delicious food, which was not only pleasing to the eye but also to the stomach! Definitely a restaurant worth trying!

Superb Sunday evening meal for our first evening in Salerno. Staff welcoming, food delicious, and a very extensive wine list. We had a great local wine, Fiano Colli di Salerno. Lovely clam linguine, beautiful seared tuna then tiramisu for dessert. Another table had mouthwatering mussels. Highly recommended. Speisekarte ansehen

Ero già stato in questo locale un po’ di tempo fa e a distanza di qualche anno si conferma un ristorante di alta qualità. Servizio cortese da parte dei proprietari.Buona scelta di menu ad ampia carta dei vini.Nel menu è possibile trovare proposte classiche ed altre molto interessante.Ottima qualità dagli antipasti fino al dolce.Sicuramente tornerò.

The restaurant I planned to eat at was not yet open As I was wondering around, I found this place. Wonderful friendly staff. Started off with a glass of bubbly on them. Then I had the grilled octopus (a first) and then the speghetti with clams AND cherry tomatoes and pistachio ice cream for desert. It was a wonderful meal and I will definitely go back

We stumbled across this little taverna yesterday evening in a delightful little lane in old town Salerno and decided to try it. My wife and I both chose the seared tuna, which was delicious. So many restaurants ruin tuna by overcooking it, but the Taverna Santa Maria served us beautifully fresh and tasty tuna that was seared to perfection. We then chose the panacotta with chocolate, which was also delicious. We enjoyed the meal so much that we returned this evening, this time choosing a table inside because it had been raining. The interior is amazing, a former church with vaulted stone ceilings that are a thousand years old. This time we chose the mussels, followed by lamb shank for me and... Speisekarte ansehen
