"I used to have great things to say about this restaurant, but unfortunately, it has declined in quality over the past year. There doesn't seem to be any management in control, only young staff who lack customer service training and seem indifferent. I ordered a medium-well fillet steak, but it arrived very rare. After a long wait, a staff member took it back, leaving the pepper sauce to go cold. When it was returned to me, I was told it was only the end piece that was rare, but the rest was fine. This was not the case. No one came to check on us during the meal. Eventually, a waitress cleared our plates and asked if everything was alright. I showed her my still rare steak and expressed my dissatisfaction. She did deduct it from the bill, but the overall experience was disappointing due to the poor food, terrible service, and lack of care from the staff. Lately, we have noticed a decline in service on our past visits - no table check-ins, no offers for more drinks, and a general lack of interest from the staff. Kyle used to be in charge and was always on top of things, as were the more experienced waitresses. Bring them back!"
