"We have on 02. September married and could not recommend The Duke's Head more than venue! The night before my wedding when I broke the decorations and the cake.etc. I met Dorian and he was just fantastic. He was patient and took the time to listen to me and what I needed. He made me feel comfortable and assured me that everything was done and ready for the following day, which is inestimable if you are most stressed. The only thing The Dukes Head could have done better would have been if Dorian had been our contact point by the leadership than his one night before any other communication. The night of our wedding was an explosion, the whole team was just amazing! Quinton, the manager, was on everything and made our evening remember one. The staff was very attentive and remained friendly and willing to help the whole evening. They made sure we always had a drink and were prompt with the food, which was very delicious! The highlight of her amazing service was communication with me and my wife. They checked the times with us and were flexible when something changed, like speeches. The turn from the seat to the dance floor was very fast, followed by a fantastic evening buffet! The Coxwain room is so beautifully decorated that it really didn't take much more, but with the original decor, everything we added and the extraordinary view from the windows both we and our guests were blown away."
