This restaurant is fantastic. The location is unique and exceptional, the staff is very nice and accommodating, the food is wonderful. The only thing that can be improved is the timing: they are quite slow.

I accidentally discovered this restaurant during a visit to matera. located in the center of the main square, very nice staff dynamic and kind, I tried the ears and sausage of the place, all really great including wine). advantageous prices. If I had to go back to matera it would be my reference restaurant. super recommended.

Incredible restaurant located inside a cave in the Sassi of Matera and extending into two other caves and ravines. The entire staff, friendly courteous and helpful. A truly delicious cuisine based on spaghettoni with turnip sauce, anchovies and bran peppers, exceptionally tender and tasty angus steaks, excellent baked potatoes and sautéed chicory. Great wines and desserts. A really low price of about 23 euro per person. Recommended for those who really want to eat well and pay the right.
