Just discovered this place....recently totally renovated and relaunched! It used to be the 'The County of Suffolk '.

Great service, great food and a short walk to the Regent. Perfect especially the mille-feuille beautiful fresh light. Well worth a visit. Speisekarte ansehen

Ate here for the first time and the food was lush! The bar and restaurant have a good atmosphere, and to top it all off they have prosecco on tap for a reasonable price!

All I can say, is the food was fantastic. There were 7 of us and asked for all the food at the same time, starters and mains it was perfect. Probably one of the best steaks, I’ve had in a very long time.

We had a pre theatre meal and drinks at 29 and have to say couldn't fault anything. Service, food, decor and most of all staff were all fantastic. The food really is amazing and all home made. We can't recommend this place highly enough. Speisekarte ansehen

My first time at bar 29 today. Absolutely loved the relaxed family friendly atmosphere. Had the most delicious vegan dish and even managed a couple of cups of tea as they had soya milk. Definitely recommend and look forward to my next visit

I dined at 29 a few days ago with my three children . The staff were very attentive to all our needs . There was a relaxed, happy vibe .The bar and restaurant are beautifully furnished. Our meals were delicious.Empty plates all round . We'll definatly be back . Highly recommended !!

Used to call in now and again for the occasional drink ,but having revisited since being refurbished ,and new food available ,it's going to be a regular place to go ,as the food is fantastic ,the portions very generous ,and beautifully presented ,along with the professionalism of the staff ,this has the makings of a place to be to experience a good day/night out.
