we booked in this restaurant after reading online reviews. was a pleasant discovery, very kind staff, all good food and cozy location. only defect that even if in truffle period there were not available.

Ambiente accogliente negli ex uffici di una distilleria ancora attiva, pochi piatti ma molto curati e con materie prime di prima qualità, ampia carta dei vini, staff professionale ma con la giusta cordialità, prezzi adeguati alla proposta. Molto consigliato

Close menu but very interesting, excellent tunaed calf and tartare, good agnolotti, good risotto. excellent choice of wines at honest prices, attentive and friendly service, I would gladly return. Arrivati a Casale Monferrato con amici per una gita domenicale, abbiamo visitato la sinagoga, il Castello è la piazza. Ci siamo spostati a Rosignano sulle colline del Monferrato e ci siamo fermati a pranzo alla “Casa di Babette”. Piatti originali e deliziosi, molto curati nel dettaglio. Prezzi ragionevoli e nella norma Location carina stile shabby , da rifarare

Abbiamo dormito nella Locanda del ristorante trovandoci davvero molto bene. Le persone che vi lavorano sono gentili e professionali e le camere arredate con gusto e davvero carine e accoglienti. Squisita la colazione con dolci fatti in casa, buonissimi. Parcheggio accanto e spazio all'aperto per gustare una coppa dei loro champagne, ampia scelta e ottima qualità.

Preferivo la vecchia gestione e la location cosi come era fino a qualche anni fama comunque nulla da eccepire su quanto ordinato. Vitello tonnato alla vecchia maniera senza maionese molto buono , il primo (agnolotti) nella media e il filetto di maiale buono. Carta dei vini ben fornita ed arricchita da un buon numero di champagne Il rosè che mi è stato consigliato niente male e economicamente abbordabilissimo Speisekarte ansehen

Babette it is a charming restuarant with a couples of rooms in a wonderful location between wineyards. We had a wonderful lunch at Ferragosto sitting outside in the garden. The food was excellent, piedmontese cuisine but with an innovative touch. Here it is well know for champagne and indeed we had a wonderful bottle from a small producer and then an excellent Grignolino Superiore (local wine of this part of Monferrato). The owner is kind and friendly, good service so if you are closed to Casal Monferrato I really this charming restaurant.

Tucked away down a quiet road in Rosignano Monferrato this is a gem of a restaurant. The ambience is cosy country house. The menu is short, seasonal and locally sourced, this is a good thing. There is an extensive wine list full of gems produced in the surrounding vineyards and beyond. Another brilliant thing about this restaurant is the list of reasonably priced Champagnes, sourced by the owner, from small unknown French producers. We loved each of the six dishes we ordered and will be back for sure. Everything about this place has been been done with care. Easily 5 stars !!

The place is nested into Monferrato hills, the pleasure of driving through small countryside paths give way to the pleasure of arriving and being welcomed as part of the family, with professional and very competent personnel. The wine list is superb, done by a sommelier and presented by her too! Piedmont is one of top ranking (if not the top ranking) region for wine. Babette 's House (so translates into English) have a choice of Piedmont wines that you would try to get one after other in a raw... the problem being now who 's driving you back to hotel... Meals are lovely too, prepared with grande gusto . I chose the local carne battuta , minced raw meat from a special cow breed, very very ten... Speisekarte ansehen
