"We reserved a table in the “Boatshaus” for 6 p.m. today. I started looking for a parking space, far too little for the size of the restaurant. We got a table right at the entrance door and sat completely in the train because people were constantly going in and out (self-service . After 20 minutes my feet were cold and there was a draft coming from the door. The atmosphere in the “Boat House” reminded me more of a train station hall (in the Boat House everyone was constantly running across the restaurant, sometimes to amuse the children or to get food from the main building or to order drinks at the counter . The concept of self-service wasn 't entirely clear to me, as you had to walk a few meters across the yard from the boathouse to the main building (I wonder how you get your food over in the pouring rain "

Es wird empfohlen, im Voraus einen Tisch zu reservieren. Das haben wir online gemacht. Die Auswahl an Speisen ist vielfältig. Als Vorspeise hatten wir die Garnelen mit Knoblauchdip, die sehr lecker waren! Als Hauptgericht gab es Scholle und Tintenfisch. Die Portionen sind großzügig!

Das Essen und die Portionen sind gut. Allerdings handelt es sich um ein Selbstbedienungsrestaurant, weshalb ich einen Punkt abziehe. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist das Restaurant eher ungeeignet, da die Tische sehr hoch sind und die Selbstbedienung eine hektische Atmosphäre schafft.

Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend bei euch. Das Essen war fantastisch. Ich komme seit Jahren zu euch, und es ist immer wieder ein Erlebnis. Ihr seid ein großartiges Team. Vielen Dank auch, dass wir etwas länger bleiben durften. Das ist heutzutage nicht selbstverständlich. Macht bitte genau so weiter wie bisher.

Good portions at completely reasonable prices. Caraway schnapps is available on the house after your meal. The restaurant is self-service. However, this in no way disturbs the ambience. Sensational! This is the place the fish the preparation we were hoping for on Fehmarn! If there could be 10 stars Aalkate would have gotten them from us! Super deliciously prepared great side dishes everything fresh and the sauces for the fish: a dream! The atmosphere is super nice and super cozy with gas ovens! You order pay directly from the chef and receive a pager which notifies you when the food is ready whereupon you pick it up from the kitchen. For us, this is not a deduction in the “B grade” rather a very nice contact. We are already looking forward to the next time! (and the treats that we took home with us Speisekarte ansehen
