Holy thursday. Traditional gnocchi, but seasoned with ossobuco sauce. Soft like veal meatballs. The artichokes are excellent, and the chicory is heavenly. For sweet zabaglione with strawberries, made like in the old days. The service was exquisite. I don't know the price, my friend paid. Excellent Roman restaurant. Welcoming environment, refined and refined furnishings! It has 2 internal rooms and outdoor tables. In one room it is possible to see the kitchen through the glass. Family run, they follow you, advise and pamper you in a discreet way. We ate some superlative artichokes alla giudia, meat granatene (meatballs with sauce) excellent with focaccia to make the slipper and some mini cheese and pepper meatballs and a generous plate of carbonara pasta. Sour cherry tart as dessert. We will be back and highly recommend it!

Typical Roman cuisine restaurant, the best I've been to lately. We took the homemade fried foods and they were all delicious, then two simple first courses, a cacio e pepe and a tonnarello of white ragù. I rarely find cacio e pepe so good, everyone has it on the menu but few make it good, more often than not it turns out to be inedible due to its heaviness. Here, however, everything was perfectly balanced: fantastic tonnarelli, the right amount of pepper and the pecorino cream made to perfection. Satisfying without weighing you down. Impeccable service.
