"Ho trascorso una splendida serata al ristorante il casale pomodoro e basilico con la mia famiglia e alcuni amici. Il locale è situato in una zona tranquilla e panoramica di Palestrina, con un ampio parcheggio. L'ambiente interno risulta accogliente e caldo, con arredi in legno, Il menù offre una vasta scelta di piatti della cucina italiana, preparati con ingredienti freschi e di qualità. Tra le specialità del posto, ci sono gli gnocchetti a co' de soreca cacio e pepe e guanciale croccante , un piatto tipico della zona, saporito e cremoso. Abbiamo provato anche la pizza con prosciutto e mozzarella di bufala. La tagliata di manzo con lardo di colonnata era molto tenera e succosa. Per concludere in dolcezza, abbiamo assaggiato la sbriciolata ai frutti di bosco. Il personale è stato molto presente e attento, senza essere invadente. Ci ha consigliato bene sui piatti e sui vini. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo-quantità è eccellente, considerando la quantità e la qualità del cibo servito. Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante a chi cerca un posto dove mangiare bene, in un'atmosfera familiare."

"This restaurant can be found off the Corso Vittorio Emannuele with an drive up from the road and up to the restaurant car park with plenty of parking spaces. At the doorway to the restaurant we were met by a receptionist who the led us to a lift which took us up to the first floor where the restaurant is located where we were greeted by a pleasant waiter who after a short period of time found us a table for 6 people. At the time the restaurant was full and we were shown to an upstairs dining area with just two other tables occupied. The service was very attentive, if a little too quick when asking if we had chosen from the very extensive menu. The wine was excellent and we ordered a bottle of the local red wine and a bottle of local white, both reasonably priced at around €18 whilst we considered the menu we ate bruschetta with fresh tomatoes. We decided, as a table to start with cold Italian meats which were served to share, then went for the house speciality which when translated is pasta to the form. This is a speciality of the house which is a spaghetti made with fresh tomatoes, bacon and cream served from a pecorino round. This was delicious and highly recommended. For the main I chose the grilled Tuna stake, which for me was a little over as I like it pink in the middle, but still excellent, served with vegetables of the day. Overall this is an excellent restaurant which is welcoming of both adults and children. Although this restaurant is not a cheap meal out it is still good value and I would recommend it for an evening out with friends and family."

"The room can go: rather rustic, all in wood, neat and clean. The fried (supplì and ascolane olives) good. Good retaliated chicory. Passable, but excessively intrigued with oil, baked potatoes. In the mixed grilled discreet sausage, roast and sausage, mediocre the rest. The cut we took was not great either by taste or consistency: it had hard parts, hard to chew. A place like this, specialized in the preparation and cooking of meat, should absolutely supply itself with better quality meat. Discreet and at good price the red wine of the house. Nothing to say about the service: good welcome and customer care. Prices very low"

"Beautiful and well-kept location with a splendid view of the Lazio countryside! Eaten menu consisting of: Italian appetizer, rich and rustic 2 first courses, casarecce cacio e pepe burrata ravioli stuffed with burrata and pistachio 1 second course, sliced beef with radicchio, walnuts and balsamic vinegar sauce Sweets Water, wine, soft drinks, coffee and coffee killer.... all for €30 Gnocchi with wild boar sauce were also taken separately, nothing short of exceptional!!! Excellent quality of the dishes, service by two young boys (Alessio and Atanas) kind, professional and always ready to make sure nothing is missing from the table. Highly recommended!!! Excellent experience that gave us a beautiful day... definitely to be repeated! Parking: Convenient parking right in front of the entrance.
