The sushi was fresh, but none of the rolls I ordered were made as described, as they were missing some of the ingredients I expected. On the plus side, the service was prompt.

Went for my birthday. Good service but call at least a day ahead during evening hours to get a reservation. Food was very good. We all had a variety of sushi and entrees. We will be back for sure. They also gave me an awesome birthday dessert!

Called to make a reservation and was told if i wasnt here on time they will give our seats away. Got there way before time and still waited a hour JUST to order drinks!! They were out of alcoholic beverage possible. The chef is the only reason im okay with giving this one star. The salad was soggier than ever, the soup was cold. I do not recommend this place at all.

I ordered delivery from this restaurant via DoorDash. The sushi dinner was definitely the star of the show. Comes with an iceberg lettuce salad, miso soup (good flavor), Cali roll or spicy tuna roll, and 8 pieces of nigiri. The nigiri was fresh and had ample portions of fish. My only complaint of the sushi rolls is that they were cut too big, making them difficult to eat in one bite. Calamari was pretty standard except that there was cayenne in the batter giving it some kick. Will definitely order again next time I'm in the Springs.

I typically stick to cooked rolls at sushi restaurants, so I can't comment on the quality of the raw fish. However, the rolls I've tried—Unagi, California, and Shrimp Tempura—were all quite good. Their miso soup is a bit unique as it includes mushrooms, which adds a nice twist. I would take away one star because of the ambiance. I expected a Japanese restaurant that you visit in the evening to have a more intimate feel, with softer lighting and a warmer atmosphere. Instead, this place felt a bit too bright and resembled a casual lunch spot rather than a cozy dinner venue. That being said, this is just my personal preference, and I still enjoyed my experience!

We got here right at 5 whenever they opened and were the only people in the until about 545 ... waitress ... WHERE?? Menu is super confusing, there's no where on the menu that tells you you get a salad, or miso soup before you leave meal .. trying to change some items that come with your meal ... tough luck it's not allowed. My husband had the sashimi and sushi platter ... never said it was all nigiri, and the waitress couldn't tell us anything. All of his food was still partially frozen, the smoked salmon that he ordered wasn't even smoked. We paid WAYY too much on horrible service and bad food. I had an amazing time celebrating my friend's birthday at this restaurant! Our chef, Andrew, was not only skilled but also incredibly friendly and quick. We ordered the couple's special to share, which turned out to be the perfect amount of food! It included miso soup, salad, a sushi roll, rice, vegetables, shrimp, scallops, steak, and a large sake. I ended up giving my scallops to my friend since I prefer shrimp, but there was so much food that I had to take some home! Everything tasted fantastic, and I was truly impressed. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. It has nothing to do with the food if only I could have tasted it. We went at 12:15 on a Tuesday. There were 4 tables occupied when we arrived. 3 of them already had food and one had just ordered. To be fair, our waiter told us that they were busier than usual, and he was the only waiter, but that is no excuse to be seated for over an hour waiting for our meal. And we had to ask for sweetener for the hot tea, napkins and forks/chopsticks! A group of 6 guys came in after us and they were served first. At 1:15, as he was leaving that nearby table, I asked if our food was coming out next. He apologized and said that he had entered their ticket ahead of ours....

It only just occurred to me that I've never left a review here for our absolute favorite sushi restaurant in the Springs. I can't say enough good things about them. First, the sushi is so fresh, and the portions are generous. I've never found another restaurant (not just in the Springs, but anywhere I've traveled where such thick, skillfully sliced filets of fish topped a minimal portion of rice on their nori selections. I brought co workers from my company's home office in Melbourne, FL, and they said it was the best sushi they've ever eaten. Did you catch that?? They're from a coastal city in FLORIDA!!
