"Absolutely fantastic dining experience, hosted by a wonderful person. Honestly, there are countless reasons to try the food here; nothing on the menu is disappointing. The attention to detail with ingredients is outstanding. For instance, the fish finger sandwich features beautifully made sole goujons that are tender and pan-roasted, all served on fresh grain bread. They also have an excellent selection of ice cream and are fully licensed to serve alcohol. The entire atmosphere is delightful. There are only a few tables, so you'll feel lucky if you manage to get a seat. If not, you can always order takeout and enjoy your meal on the beach, which is a great option since there are plenty of spots available. I often take some home for later, and it's always lovely!"

"The food at this restaurant is amazing, with a great selection of pizzas that my kids loved. The crab linguine was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend trying the sticky toffee pudding for dessert. The service was top-notch, and we had a wonderful dining experience overall. I give the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect score of 5. If you're looking for a delicious meal, this place is definitely worth a visit. The price per person is between £20-30."

"We were really looking forward to our meal at The Beach restaurant, our first night in St Ives.It did not disappoint. Brilliant location and a lovely welcome. It’s a very popular restaurant and was fully booked for the night we were there. Definitely advisable to book as our waiting table was the only one spare at 8pm.What a great idea to have a lovely choice of fish where the price includes a side and a sauce or crust. You can totally tailor your dish to your liking and I immensely enjoyed my lemon sole with mash and a garlic butter. Not massive portions, but really refined and elegant. The service was good and wine by the glass (Riesling) was excellent.We enjoyed our meal here and would definitely return."

"We had been led to believe from the website you couldn't book a table here so we just turned up on the off chance. Turns out their website was wrong and you could book. Never the less they managed to squeeze us in. I ordered the hot dog which when it arrived a was shocked to see it looked like the cheapest sausage they could have possibly found. However, it tasted absolutely amazing so don't let that put you off! We got two cocktails as they were on a 2 for £12 offer. When the bill arrived they hadn't charged us the special offer for the cocktails. That was easily rectified however."

"We were in St Ives for five nights and we visited this restaurant twice. Had it been open additional nights we would have returned for another meal. Two menu items of particular note are the goat cheese and beetroot appetizer which was a perfect start to our meal. For the main course we both had the parmesan crusted hake. It was so spectacular that we had this main course both times we were at the restaurant. Service was wonderful and extremely friendly. I’d give the restaurant top marks for both service and food quality. The chef is a professional. Our only complaint is that the restaurant is only open from Wednesday to Sunday. That’s not enough time to allow people to enjoy this place."
