I would have expected more attention from a steakhouse to meat. good yes, but nothing better than any restaurant. personally I do not love the fact that it is already served tagluara tocchetti and on cold plate, although on the basis of a good focaccia. I imagined something better from the mixed bovine grill and horse, which is limited to two cuts and also already touches.
