"Hello,I come to share my experience of this star who really surprised me about his reputation. I had booked a table for my partner's birthday so, asked for a rather "peaceful" corner. The phone reception was very good. Unfortunately, when we arrived, it was the central table that had been erected to us. In summary, the crossroads of all servers. sublime surrounding scenery but in the middle of a huge concrete capital. Finally, an impression of being at a round point. Anyway, let's go to the moment. we are sitting and our "head of table" (a blond in the bezel), impatient to stay, arrives and I take advantage of it to ask him simply, being Alsatian of origin, if the chief was also (he seemed to have read it somewhere)?. He answers, I quote: "ah no, but the stories of Alsatian and the Lorraine I don't care, to this game there for me are all Germans". In short, it was not a judgment that I expected and in addition I never had the answer to the question. Later, I re-examined an attempt to contact imposed because I had a question on the menu: it looks at me with an ahuri or incomprehension, not answering me for a moment, then finally gives me or throws me the most minimalist explanation of the history of the gastronomy to get rid of the situation. So I joined my partner and from that moment on, almost all the servers no longer smiled, the problematic server in question and came back by slamming the cover on the table in front of me. In short, I pass the details and go directly to the digestive: as the waiter spoke of the garden, my companion simply pointed out that it would have been very pleasant to be more in contact with this beautiful greenery surrounding us and the waiter replied: "yes but after the people would not want to leave.", when I turned around, I realized that the whole kayser house was waiting for us to leave the warplane. We arrived at 9:00, it wasn't midnight and we'd be gone a few minutes later. Apparently, our presence was really no longer desired. It is a pity that the kayser leader does not accept criticism and that is why unfortunately the good things fly away, the conditioned star is still suspended by an arm but it is clearly necessary to review the management, the recruitment and good, it would be the cherry or the star: to be in the wonderful setting and not apart. there are many other establishments that prove and maintain their star(s) and even, perhaps, others that do not need them. a wonderful gift "sublimated natural" .. from the arrival this star seduces you with its park composed of splendid centenary trees ideal for aperitif and coffee. service is very pleasant, full of smiles. The dishes are beautiful and burst into the mouth. a very nice address.

extraordinary experience menu tasting 9 dishes all more inventive and delicious ones than others, wines with glass in perfect fit, service and sommelier in small care without being guindé .mîchel kaiser and his wife always as welcoming deserves widely its 2 stars. we arrived late and decided to opt for a menu on the map rather than the chef's tasting menu. . . we enjoyed our meal but it was not stunning as expected in a 2-star. ... the service was correct but I didn't notice that three times my water was empty. the selection of cheeses was amazing, just like the dessert cart. those where the strong points...

I booked for a surprise birthday with the team's complicity. I have only one word: perfect! from our arrival to our departure, everything was done to please, to treat and surprise us. from aperitif to dessert, to explosions in the mouth, to flavours, associations, sensations. An exceptional moment! Our taste buds are still in awe. the two stars are widely deserved and the establishment really worth the detour. a beautiful garden, a very cozy room, an original dishes and a team of remarkable kindness! We were invited by friends who wanted to let us discover this address, we were not disappointed: the deco is refined without being typed at the eye and the excellent meal: we had taken the 6-course tasting menu, which was largely sufficient for the evening. everything has been appreciated, the portions are fortunately small because the succession of mouthing and dishes do not allow to appreciate the trolley of desserts at its right value!!! the service is professional and relaxed, not at all guinated as sometimes in gastros and the dishes go unleashed without one realizes it. We had a very nice time. I can only recommend it to you!
