"We had been to Alice before and I thought it would make a good venue for my husband’s birthday yesterday. I had booked just over a week ago and received confirmation. However when we arrived yesterday evening we found the restaurant was closed despite our booking and the opening hours on the door. To add insult to injury, I received an automated email this morning asking whether I had enjoyed the meal! Surely if a restaurant has to close unexpectedly, they should try and notify those who have booked?"

Excellent three course meal that was innovative and made use of fresh local ingredients. The wine pairing was very good and complemented our meal. We really enjoyed our dinner at this delightful little spot that we plan to visit again.

Stumbled across this gem almost by accident when trying to book a reservation on Bastille Day during the Festival d’Avignon. All three courses were delicious and the people were friendly. Loved my dinner here and will definitely come back!
