"we returned after the tremendous experience last year attracted by the reviews (in my opinion unfairly) flattering. The position, like the last time, is the only thing I save. Unfortunately the service is mediocre and the kitchen is even worse. after saying that I was pregnant and advised not to add anything raw, I was served a dish of octopus paste with so many shoots. I had to send him back to the kitchen, and I had to eat alone, since I asked him to come with the other ladies, but apparently it was not possible. I was served with wine when I had specified that I would not drink, at the end of the meal the waiter tried to collect the crumbs from the table with a spoon and the coffees that we had to bring them to the counter, since after 15 minutes from the ordination no one had yet made alive. when it comes to food, absolutely not suitable for the price. mediocre level, for some dishes also very low, like scallops (difficult and covered by a horrid pastry,) gratined scampi (sipidi and soft) the pulp of octopus (salsa di mesh, salt that knew only of walnut). the most good dishes were the anchovies of the cantabrico, the ricotta dish and the Florentine, things on which you can certainly not evaluate the chef, since the first two are not even cooked. Crazy prices compared to the really low level of dishes. it is not enough to put external shoots or edibles in the dish to give it the structure. place for people who love to eat badly and have a mediocre service, you probably do not benefit from attending restaurants that you can define such (and unfortunately you notice)."

"the restaurant is really beautiful, with its windows and exposed beams. I could taste different dishes, one more good than the other. excellent, like entree, tartare of fassona, with a puree of green apple and a mayonnaise with curry, an explosion of flavors! special mention for the first all smoke try it! in the second I recommend the ribs, they are subjected to a very long and slow cooking, the meat remains soft and is detached without any difficulty from the bone! "August 2021 fabulous! very nice restaurant, cozy, romantic. we have eaten divinely dishes with gouits, exceptional flavors! the very kind waiters and especially my first time that in a super restaurant so, from the second course to the desserts, they completely cleaned the table from the crumbs released from the previous dishes(. me and my partner only with this gesture we said 50 points in more attention however it is a very sophisticated place, so for those who want to eat tractor dishes for truckers go somewhere else. like those very rude gentlemen who called the chef for the explanation of small pasta in the dishes! But did you see what restaurant you set foot in? we come from verona is definitely back to swallow these magnificent dishes."

"Siamo andati al Baraonda la sera del primo maggio, serata fredda e piovosa. Ma qui abbiamo trovato il calore di casa. Merito delle luci, dell’ arredamento e della disposizione dei tavoli, ma anche della titolare che con precisione ci ha spiegato le farine usate per le pizze e ci ha accolti come ospiti graditi pur essendo la prima volta che venivamo a Soriano del Lago. Ottime le pizze degustate (marinara e salsiccia) e impeccabile il servizio. Alle pareti splendide foto di farfalle. In un angolo si legge: “Non correre dietro alle farfalle, cura il giardino affinché vengano a te!” Mai aforisma fu meglio azzeccato!"

"We visited the FootBall Pub with friends including children. Most importantly the food is really good varying from bruschetta to pizza to hamburgers and steaks etc. Everything is football themed. The dishes all have football related names. You can have a George Best pizza which I had and was beautiful or a Pirlo hamburger or an Old Trafford bruschetta amongst many others. The decor is all football themed too from shirts on the walls to a Subbuteo pitch etc. One area is set out like a modern football dressing room. The day we were there it was full but not crowded though if there is a match on I was told that it gets pretty crowded. I would definitely recommend it and you don’t need to be a football fan to enjoy the food at a reasonable price. We had pizza or hamburger with a couple of drinks each for €20 each."
