local from the menu quite particular (only appetizer of vegetables, exquisite ricotta and mortadella,) that oscillates between regional and Italian. great rabbit ragout in the gram and Neapolitan sweets very friendly snowflakes manager.

The best meals we had during our holiday was in this restaurant. Everything from the appetisers to the dessert was very delicious and flavourful. We visited this restaurant on a Wednesday evening, even though it was a quiet night, service was attentive and quick. We enjoyed everything from beginning to end: appetizers were fresh and wonderful, we ordered 3 pasta dishes and thoroughly enjoyed the homemade taste and quality, the main course was suckling pig for 3; the meat fell off the bone and the skin was crispy…everything was extremely well executed. We had a wonderful meal and definitely a highlight of our Bologna trip.

We were visiting Bologna from the US and took a pasta class taught by Maria Grazia Azzaroni who recommended this restaurant to us. Since she was a native to Bologna, and she said this was one of her favorite restaurants, we felt we had to try it. It was absolutely perfect!
