"This restaurant is situated at a beautiful little square in the heart of Gambassi Terme. Both locals and tourists like to go here. If you come by car, park it outside the old town. It’s just a 5 minute walk (through a beautiful park that’s...located near the square). Beltempo has a small menu with nice, fresh Tuscan food. The staff is very friendly. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. In the distance, looking over the hills, you’ll see the towers of the famous town San Gimignano."

"Ho trascorso una piacevole serata a cena presso la Rocca durante il soggiorno nel resort. E' un'esperienza irrinunciabile per diversi motivi: il panorama mozzafiato rende la cena romantica ed indimenticabile; le pietanze sono delle piccole opere d'arte che, non ho dubbi, varranno presto una meritatissima stella Michelin; il personale coccola i clienti senza sfociare in un eccessivo formalismo. Completa la cena un ottimo servizio di sommelier che guida nella scelta dei vini dalla fornitissima carta.Tornerò senz'altro!"

"La location è sicuramente unica, incantevole. È vero però che per raggiungerla si fa un po' di fatica. Il personale è molto attento ad agevolare il percorso, inviando alla prenotazione un PDF che indica la strada da fare, che non è quella di Google Maps. La strada giusta è comunque sterrata e per molti tratti stretta. Come indicato nel PDF è lunga 1,4 km e la si fa sperando che non arrivi nessuno nel senso opposto di marcia. Quando si arriva si ha un senso di sollievo nel trovare un angolo ameno ed accogliente. Piccola sorpresa l'entree offerta per iniziare. Carta dei vini ben selezionati. Bella la vista. Atmosfera accogliente e rilassante. Tempi e servizio puntuali. Il menù però non mi ha entusiasmato. Degli antipasti buono il crudo di carciofi, proprio perché poco condito. Tortino di ricotta vaccina e verdure dell'orto poco saporite. Asparagi 3 cotture, le gocce di pecorino impercettibili. La lasagna di verdure, che mi è stata consigliata, non la riprenderei: non sono riuscita a sentire il sapore delle verdure. Ho scelto un menù vegetariano perché ho veramente apprezzato la presenza di piatti veg e la possibilità della loro scelta in menù. Amo le verdure. Ma mancava tutto un po' di sale, di gusto, di condimento. Basterebbe poco per rendere la cena molto più gustosa. Iniziando però con il togliere dalla carta, difficile chiamarlo dolce, il mix di frutta e verdura (in acqua) con gelato che ti invita non tornare mai più. Location top, menù deludente, il sale è tutto nel conto."

"vegan experience. I was born omnivorous and I will die from omnivore but this experience was pleasant mooolto. I understand that once a month a themed evening is made in the room with the participation of a chef, so I did not ask, but I think the other days are served classic meals. but I will give my opinion in the evening and not on the rest that the local can propose, sending to another date the test on the normal menu. sincerely I can not describe the dishes in particular of the elements that make them, but it is certain that of the flavors we can talk. I sensed flavors and gouits that I thought unlikely for vegan dishes, you could vary from the goto cheese of a tortino, to the fish goto of another course (which obviously does not contain fish.) the flavors had not static but exploded in the mouth in a sort of dance papilla. sincerely unexpected! and anyway I also lack terms of comparison with other locals that make it come. the place looks very good, there is the right intimacy and the voices of the present do not exalt but almost feel ovate, so privacy is definitely maintained. the staff extremely kind and prepared, but enough with menata to let the wine taste at the male table and all those stories. who then filled your glass!? I'll send it back! However, this is a general observation, not in particular the local. price? 30 euros including wine! ergo, lower carnivorous barriers and make this experience."
