"Although the food at this restaurant was good, the service was extremely slow and disorganized. The starters arrived at different times, with one dish missing a part. We waited a long time for our mains and even after finishing our meal, it took 20-30 minutes for the dessert menu to be brought to us. When we finally asked for the bill and for our leftovers to be packed up, there was a delay in providing boxes. The staff only asked about payment method after we had already put on our coats and stood up. Despite a good vegan menu, the lack of cleanliness in the toilets and the overall lack of customer service led us to determine that we will not be returning or recommending this restaurant to others. It seemed that the staff were not motivated and the empty restaurant may have been explained by our own negative experience."

A good meal spoils to a certain extent by the very slow service both when ordering and when supplying food. The waiters were too busy and I suggest you check your staff. While I would recommend the restaurant, I would advise my friends that it could be a long experience!

Very disappointed some time since I was, but too many changes it sees and feels more like a work canteen large long modern tables extremely loud with a screaming toddler who ruins our evening too loud and table too closely together, so no privacy unfortunately I will not go back

I was quite dissatisfied with my most recent experience at this restaurant. There have been numerous changes, making it feel more like a cafeteria with long, modern tables. The noise level was unbearable, particularly due to a loud toddler that disrupted our evening. The tables were uncomfortably close together, providing no sense of privacy. Regrettably, I do not plan on returning in the future.
