"I have just about visited every casual dining Italian food chain present in London this outlet near Warren Str station boasts spacious basement area, very polite and well trained waitressing staff and a free shot of house lemonade on arrival. We ordered crispy calamari for starters, with garlic mayo, very tasty, Italian olives always a good choice. For mains we took a mixed meat pizza and chicken/mushroom, took a while to prepare. When they arrived they were oval shaped, on a thick-ish crust. Chicken pizza was very bland, could do with some chili oil on the table. Otherwise, very respectable place and good value, and again very nice service!"

disappointment of slowly cooked bark in Chianti sauce, only 3 small pieces of bark in the dish, mainly mushrooms and soot. the rosmarin, the olive oil bread was hard to eat as it covered the whole plate that makes it a challenge to eat. will not come back!

Friendly and prompt service whether dining alone or in a group. Good choice of starters which are of generous proportions (of which we selected several in place of a main course and side dishes (love the chips! . Food quality has been consistent on all visits and we will return.

The place is very small on the main level so unless you sit in the corners there are people and staff walking past all the time. There is additional seating downstairs but we didn't go down there. Despite reservation, ended up downstairs. However, there was only a party group occupying the space, so there was plenty of room and good choice of places to sit. The staff were friendly and service was prompt. Three starters were ordered (no main), which were all good, especially the chips! This was followed by ice cream (also good). Will definitely return

at the arrival we were immediately greeted and offered a selection of places to sit (not all restaurants are so courteous. service was excellent and personal friendly. there is a good choice of appetizers and netzens (we had a folded 'cheese' brot to share with wobble, followed by pizza, which surprisingly small for a 'larger' pizza and chips (our favorit). this special restaurant has two etagens, with the lower stage mainly used for large groups, so very versatile.
