New place for Astrance! A faultless one for this former 3 star guide Michelin who moves to 32 rue de Longchamp in the 16th arrondissement. An exceptional meal in a casual setting! A high-flight kitchen that for me is worth the 3 stars. A subtlety in all dishes with a Japanese touch that combines perfectly.

Very nice setting and very attentive service. The dishes (dairy corkscrew and hazelnut deer, accompanies with creamy polenta were superb. It's a shame that the entrees (crusty to the legumes and especially the salad sheet with a "Ssam" sauce are not working at the same level as the dishes. Wine and wine map.
