We had 3 fungus-based mignardises to start while we had not ordered an aperitif. A delicate attention...Today we have tasted "the chef's terrine", a delicious homemade paste served with a delicious green salad with some pieces of tomatoes, radishes, pickles as well as the chaplain garnished with goat and small vegetables, impeccable too! In main dish, a trout net served with seasonal vegetables (carrots, gourmet peas, zucchinis returned to olive oil) and rice, nothing to say, delicious.
