We were taken here for lunch by a cousin who lives in Paris. Our taste buds were titillated! The food was definitely to die for. I can't recommend this too highly.

Crayfish til forrett var fantastisk, rett og slett. Reker gratinert i en deilig hummer/ostesaus. Anbefales. Hovedretten med Coq au vin var grei nok. Personalet var hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Old world atmosphere, excellent service, traditional French cuisine. The problem for me was the latter. I have become too health conscious to mentally or physically enjoy organ meats and heavy sauces. My artichoke with foie gras would have been better had it not been saturated in oil. My Beef Wellington was overcooked but was redeemed by a delicious mushroom sauce. My husband, in contrast, really enjoyed his escargot (snails) and rognons (kidneys.) I had read other reviews and knew to order the soufflé for dessert; I was not disappointed.

Wife and I stopped here for lunch, based on our family's recommendation......what a nice meal and friendly service! We began with a crab cocktail, moved to cold stuffed salmon, and an amazing and picturesque cheese souffle as only the french can manage.....We had also ordered a salad and shrimp over vegetable tagliatelle, which we had to take back to our room since we were full from the first items and the good rose wine. Service and restrooms were excellent and it was packed with diners when we left.Strong recommendation and not outrageous pricing.
