"I had come one evening in the late summer of 20016 and had been very disappointed, especially with regard to the reception, service and the fact that I had to eat outside while the temperatures were already fresh. I promised to re-test. It was done... it was excellent. a pleasant setting inside. the nickel service, a single lady for the main room with a big 20-year-old guest but who managed very professionally with a kitchen that was coming out quickly and synchro. a dish of the day of 3 fish, with potatoes with parmesan sauce. a main dish, beef fillet and gambas poro sauce, 2 chocolate mousse, delicious short, I will come back but this time for other reasons."

"our friends are accustomed, they made us discover this restaurant located in the delta de la sauer à munchhausen. We were friends, 6 people. warmly welcomed by the boss, we are taken to the covered terrace. we had reserved the table, it's better. the waitress has just taken the orders of the aperitives and brought us the map. on the first page of this very varied map, we read that everything is made home. the speciality of this restaurant are the blue cords. However, we decide to choose other dishes, because viewing the portion of the blue cord at the next table, it would have done a little too much at this late hour. But believe me, we will certainly come back this fall when it will be warmer. service is very pleasant and professionally, thanks to the waitress. the meals are excellent, large quantities, see the pictures, we spent a great evening there. prices are quite correct. I recommend this restaurant absolutely."

"We were tired from traveling sightseeing all day, so I stopped by here for some take out while my wife chilled out back at the hotel. I walked in around 5:30pm (early by French standards), so I was the only patron in the establishment. They young lady behind the counter greeted me warmly when I walked in. After hearing my poor French, she took pity on me and spoke to me in very good English. I placed my order and decided to have a beer while I waited. the young lady took great pains to pour me a proper glass with just the right amount of head space. I should have taken a photo. By the time I finished my beer (maybe 10 minutes) the pizzas were ready and off I went. We enjoyed them immensely. The sauce/cheese ratio was just right, and the crust was crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside. I think the French take the same approach to pizza crust as they do all other breads it is something they take seriously. I don't know if I will ever be back in this area, but Bella Roma is a place I would return to eagerly."

"This is a perfect place to enjoy local Alsatian cuisine. We came for lunch on a Saturday and it was excellent. The two ladies managing the dining room were very accommodating an d helpful with the month old baby. They were patient, as we...had a group of even, including the baby. With little french knowledge it took a while to explain the menu. They also speak German, as the region has been part of France and Germany off and on throughout history. The menu is handwritten and not very large, but the food is great. For the adventuress they had a local delicacy, horse steak. We did not try it, but the people at the table next to us enjoyed it very much and said they came from Germany just for that. We had several meat dishes, pate and soup. Great bread and very generous with the bread. only compliments and raves from all in the group. They also serve good open local wine. The region produces a very good dry Riesling and also Gewurztraminer. There is a bank across the street and when the bank is closed, in the evening and during the weekend, you can park there very conveniently."
