"I tried this place thanks to a TheFork offer and it was a pleasant discovery. In that of Via Libetta, known mostly for the numerous crowded premises of greedy juveniles that go dancing in the evenings of the weekend, this little restaurant is a little hidden. Entering you notice a very elegant environment, tending to that vintage that goes more and more fashion but without exceeding. Equally balanced is the menu offered, with dishes for all tastes, both meat and fish. Indecisa I opted for a beef tartare with big salt and lemon peel and for second a plentiful tuna cut with vegetables. My boyfriend took some very inviting chips with pachino, mussels and buffalo and a salmon throw with salad and yogurt sauce. As for tartare it was abundant but, perhaps because I'm not used to it, at the end of dinner he gave me heartburn. Fortunately, this didn't stop me from enjoying the tuna cut first: abundant (the slices were hidden everywhere in the meanders of the vegetables that accompanied the dish! , exquisite and cooked in a perfect way, garnishing every fettina with inevitable poppy seeds that gave a really tasty crispness. Even the dishes that took Giovanni Welcomes seemed very inviting and, to his say, very good. The dinner (apparte i mio bruciori insurrti sul late ahaha has turned out very light and satisfying. Well presented dishes but without excesses. Inviting sweets but we preferred to take a walk and take ice cream around. During the dinner, I paraded next to several dishes, including a hot/cold sea appetizer on which I was undecided at the beginning (strange eh? and I'll try my next visit! Prices maybe a little 'high for some courses but overall in line with the area (without discount, for example, the cut to 20€, the salmon 15€, the paccheri 12€ and the tartare 10€ . The service was impeccable, not intrusive, smiling and youthful. Great impression. They often make DJ sets and live music. I highly recommend it, pre-silk, post-silk or even for a quiet dinner without so many pretenses for the following."
