What an awesome meal. From the time we walked in until the moment we left, the staff were helpful, polite and attentive. The food arrived promptly and hot. The staff left us to our meal until it was clear we'd finished the course. It was worth every penny and they will definitely get our custom in the future. Well done team for an amazing evening. This was our first time trying Bahar based on a recommendation. We ordered 2 curries for takeout and when we poured them onto the plates, they were too runny, almost like chicken soup. It was a shame because the chicken was of good quality, the naan bread was small, and the rice was okay. I called and spoke with Sam, who served me (a nice young man), and he suggested ordering a thicker sauce next time. I had also asked for ghee to be used, but that was missing. We had an amazing dining experience at Bahar. Loved the upstairs dining room, our server/host Samuel was very hospitable, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Samuel's recommendation of the House Special Bahar King-Prawn Curry was absolutely delicious. We also had Kingfisher Beer, Channa Masala, Chicken Biryani and Butter Naan. Everything was spot-on!
