Bangkok Lounge - Speisekarte

This is a lovely Thai restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the menu is large. Our food was very good and we had a fantastic time at the restaurant. Highly recommended.

Had another great meal with friends, atmosphere was buzzing, food was delicious we had Prawn Pad Thai, Tamarind Duck, Chicken Massaman and Jungle curry and I tried all of them . Thank you so much. Staff were so happy and made the evening special.

We went to the restaurant for the lunch time offer (2 courses for £12.95). The food tasted good, although the wrong type of noodles were used for one dish. The main issue was the portion sizes. The portions were insufficient for an adult lunch and we had to top up elsewhere. Speisekarte ansehen

Delicious Thai food, bursting with authentic ingredients and flavours. Great selection of starters to start of the meal, king prawns were huge! Mains were equally delicious and good size portions. Restaurant atmosphere was a warm and friendly place to dine in. We will be coming back again!

We were a team of four for supper . Food outstandingly good , fresh and hot . Service excellent … Only issue is the noise level . The restaurant was full and the noise level was overwhelming . The boss is aware and said measures will be taken to try and reduce the noise. Well worth a visit …

We have just had a takeaway from The Bangkok Lounge which they delivered it was superb. The food was delicious good value for money. The delivery was bang on time the food was hot. From the very polite person I placed the order with to finishing our meal it’s been a great dining experience. I’m annoyingly incredibly fussy with food so for me to give it 5/5 speaks volumes. Bangkok Lounge is an authentic Thai Restaurant and Takeaway in High Street, Harpenden. We were guests of my daughter and new son in law who had just come back from their honeymoon in Thailand and wanted us to experience a genuine Thai meal. The food was delicious, the staff are professional and friendly and I would definitely recommend the Bangkok Lounge following our visit.

I popped in here on a Saturday night without a booking and they managed to squeeze me in! What a delightful meal that I was treated to! Dumplings to start and then chicken Pad Thai with mains, aided with a beautifully cold Singha beer! A taste sensation! A great host, with prompt service; nothing was an issue and they gladly made recommendations to enhance the meal with extra sauces etc. This is a little gem on the high street, definitely a “must try” for those that like Thai food.

Decided to visit a Thai restaurant in Harpenden thanks to the recommendations of Thai cuisine people offered of this restaurant. Staff members are sympathetically talkative, attentive and, have a good understanding of individual cultures. The manager of the restaurant offers an organised customer service towards its booking system. He allowed us to walk in the restaurant without booking. But, unfortunately it is not a restaurant I would recommend to families with babies because it does not have a baby changing facilities.
