Lovely place. Very friendly. Very kind to dogs. Highly recommended especially if you like sourdough.

Lovely cheese scone and accommodated some change requests to the published menu which was appreciated. Cosy atmosphere.

Delicious food served quickly in a cosy spot with something for everyone. We enjoyed a puy lentil bowl, avocado toast with Pinney's smoked salmon and a beetroot goat's cheese on Harvey Co sourdough all delicious! Speisekarte ansehen

Unfortunately the kitchen was closed early due to staff shortages and the staff weren't that friendly but maybe that's due to the staff shortage. Coffee was good and the sausage roll that was available was tasty.

I am amazed at how busy this restaurant is, we were fortunate to secure a table at 10:30. The coffee was excellent and the cheese scone was absolutely delicious. I definitely need to come back to try the huge sausage rolls.

I can't believe I haven't been to this cafe before, despite being a local! It was a lovely spot with delicious home-cooked food. The sausage rolls were incredible and huge! The chia latte was the best I've ever had. The atmosphere was really nice, the service was friendly, and there was plenty of space inside and out. It was busy, but now I understand why! I visited here Friday lunchtime and all the tables were full, the fact that a lot were reserved speaks volumes as to how popular this place is. There isn't a massive choice on the lunch menu but the food is delicious and good value. Good choice of drinks and a few farm shops nearby to look round after means this is the ideal place to grab something to eat and kill a few hours.

I arrived at 2pm after a morning at work, only to find a sign on the door stating last food orders were at 2:30pm. Despite no one welcoming us, we sat down and made our selections, only to be told by a sour-faced woman at the counter that they had already cleaned up and were no longer serving food, only cakes. This disappointing experience ensured it would be our first and final visit to this establishment.

I have been going to this cafe for years and it has always been a treat for me but I have changed my opinion since my last visit. I had a cheese and ham toastie. Usually this is lovely and tasty, thick ham slices and real cheese, not now though. The ham was cheap thin sliced and the cheese was horrible plastic cheese that doesn’t melt and horrible and stretchy. Whether it’s to save money or make even more profit on these already incredibly expensive toasties who knows, I only know I will not be going back for food. Speisekarte ansehen
