Food delicious, view great but you have to wait a long time until the food comes

Nice restaurant in the upper town with a great view over the university town, good food, homemade lemonades, friendly service, what more?! Oh yes: delicious breakfast!

The food is good and the service is always excellent, but the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. The restrooms (doors) are dirty, and the windowsills are unfortunately wiped too infrequently. Speisekarte ansehen

Unfortunately, the three waitresses didn't seem particularly interested in making money. Drinks were empty at all the tables, but no one even came around to take orders. And my special burger requests were completely ignored.

Good food, great coffee. Friendly staff, and the wait time for food was perfectly acceptable, even though it was very busy. It's not fast food. Ventilation would have been nice; it was very warm and stuffy, even though it was quite chilly outside.

Das Essen war großartig und der Service war sehr schnell. Doch das hielt nicht lange an, und wir warteten 45 Minuten auf den Service, obwohl das Lokal nicht sehr voll war. Die Kellnerinnen redeten lieber über ihr Privatleben, als die Kunden zu bedienen. Leider sind auch die Ecken der Räume voller Spinnen und Spinnweben, was meiner Meinung nach nicht der Fall sein sollte.

Wir waren sowohl zum Frühstück als auch zum Abendessen dort. Das Essen ist köstlich und sehr ansprechend angerichtet. Die veganen Gerichte sind geschmacklich absolut erstklassig, und die Auswahl ist gut. Ein paar vegane Nachspeisen wären zusätzlich großartig, aber das würde für mich nicht als Kriterium gelten, um nicht mehr dorthin zu gehen. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für den Service. Die Bedienungen waren bisher alle sehr freundlich. Allerdings dauert es ewig, bis jemand zu unserem Tisch kommt, damit wir Getränke nachbestellen können. Das haben wir bisher an jedem Tag und zu jeder Uhrzeit dort erlebt.

Went there for the first time with my boyfriend. Nice polite staff. Went there for the second time with my mother and little brother. Weird waitress, didn't wipe the table when I asked because of all the crumbs from the guests sitting there before us. Spoon for latte macchiato had disgusting, really greasy grease fingerprints. The waitress looked stupid because we wanted a new, clean one. Only our coffee drinks and cocoa came. We waited for everything else and asked casually after an hour… “Yeah, oops, we forgot that.” Paid and left.
