This place rivals the best of Germany. Loved the place. They let us choose our ingredients even though the sign seems to suggest no substitutions. Awesome hummus. Sat outside and enjoyed a terrific, world class kabab.

This place gives the doner kebaberies of Berlin a run for their money! That's how good it is. As a student, I had frequented this place regularly in Grenoble and can vouch for the fact that their fare is one of the best! All ingredients are fresh and servings are relatively generous. Was told by my French brother in law that Batman make the finest kebabs in all of France and although I can't possibly test that claim I have to say that the food on offer was excellent. It's not fine dining or haut cuisine but if you want a quick, tasty and good value for money meal in a well looked after and clean restaurant then Batman is a great choice.

A small outlet with seating but a lot of takeaway. The students at Grenoble rave about the stuff here and so I went to taste it. Had a chicken ‘poule’ kebab. It basically is bread all stuffed with lettuce, raddish, tomatoes with a variety of sauces to choose from like mayo, garlic sauce, chilly sauce or just ketchup. The person serving shallow fried the chicken pieces on a pan and stuffed it in the bread. I also ordered some french fries which he put on top of the bread and spread some ketchup on it. A simple prep but so full of flavours. This is a must try if you are in grenoble. An excellent option to pick up and savour!! And its a big one. And just for €5. Totally filling and worth it. Mu...
