I had a spinach cake with suppe and had much dessert it was so good and delicious! the service was very good and the waitress explained everything in the menu in perfect English.

Schöner kleiner Ort in der Nähe von Jonction. Servieren frisch zubereitete vegane Gerichte. Habe den hausgemachten veganen Burger gehabt. Sehr lecker und sättigend. Auf jeden Fall werde ich wiederkommen. Während des Mittagessens empfehle ich, im Voraus zu buchen, da der Ort sehr beliebt ist.

For lunch, there was a nice salad (the best my friend had had in a while) and another dish that day additionally to their usual tarts and sandwiches. I had the lemon pie which was really nice, not too sweet (although I would've loved it to be slightly lemonier) and gluten-free (I think). The service was super friendly and the place is cute.

Haven't had a croissant in a while and there were DELICIOUS, and the cappuccino is the best I've ever had! I've been for lunch as well, and it was great. I ended up full, and the food was stunning. I definitely recommend you give it a go! It's a shame they're not open later in the evening or during the weekends, but as it's only two ladies managing the cafe, it would be hard to do otherwise. Der Empfang war so höflich und herzlich, das Essen und der Kaffee waren köstlich. Ich war zweimal dort und wäre viel öfter dort, wenn ich in der Schweiz leben würde. Der hausgemachte Burger ist köstlich und im Gegensatz zu seinem traditionellen Veggie-Fleischersatz ist er knusprig mit Kernen und Kaugummi, den Sie unbedingt probieren müssen. Das Café Gourmand ist nicht zu reichhaltig oder schwer, sondern schmeckt köstlich und der Kaffee ist großartig. Diesen Ort vermissen sie in ihrem Schleier.

this restaurant is the definition of perfection. the best vegan in fine. the menu changes every day so that eating is made fresh. in principle the owner and the one cook, so there is a very close control over quality and preparation. the chef is very kreatiw and presents a beautiful selection of international dishes (Thai and Indian curry’s, lasagne, couscous, plus.) the food is organic/organic of local farms. the desserts are simply incredible (tarts, cakes, chocolate mousse) and made by the owner daily. also a nice selection of muffins, cookies and croissants. the atmosphere is perfectly open, spacious, clean and filled with light. the owner is clearly a perfectionist and eating is pierced...
