had an amazing afternoon / evening. our table service was excellent, steve our waiter/barman was very friendly, politely very excellent for all our requirements. very recommended goes back definitiw. Thank you.

had my daughter 30th birthday here last night. from our first contact to this place they could not have been more helpful. the building is really nice inside with a large selection of drinks and we had buffet food that was excellent. but the best was the attention of the staff ... always to check, we were happy and couldn't do enough for us.

Good food a nice atmosphere we booked a table yesterday had a nice meal however the table that we were set for was right next to the door so when people were coming in and out it became very drafty and cold. The staff eventually moved us to another table. Good beer they also have their own gin distillery so it makes a nice change from the norm

Booked the gin tasting experience which was a pre lockdown Christmas gift. Thoroughly enjoyed it, very interesting about the gin and the local building’s. Phil was very friendly and informative. Most of all excellent gin ! So much so we bought a bottle each for home. Bar staff very friendly and clearly enjoyed working there. We will definitely be back Speisekarte ansehen

the best Sunday dinners in the city. great quality and plenty! cooked to perfection. I had the gay and the crisp about it was super crispy, big cut of pork and filling. I also chose an extra yorkshire pudding. well recommended. book a table for Sunday dinner. great bar, beautiful place. *Update: added chicken Sunday afternoon and fish goujon starter. both exemplary! these are the best Sunday dinners in the city center!

I've heard it's a decent bar and I have not been disappointed. What's more of a pleasant surprise is that they do quite good food as well! I especially loved the small plates like sweet potato fries, cod bites and spring rolls. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a drink but also nice food and snacks. Great espresso Martini by the way. Ah and one last thing, I went on a Friday night and they had live music at around 8pm!

Fired down a somewhat turbo style solo Guinness on a Thursday evening here. It was fairly quiet so the choice of seating or standing area was optimal. No issues with anything really. Standard enough city central price, which isn't so cheap but not so extreme plus it's a nice looking bar. I may not return so quickly because it's way off my beaten drinking track, but I would give it the thumbs up to anyone who might ask for my opinion of the joint. Speisekarte ansehen
