Visiting parents. Ordered takeaway online and collected it. Food was ready to be collected on time. Food was fresh and yummy and lots of it. Dad loved the half a duck.... Lots leftover for tomorrow as well. Defo use again

Couldn’t complain about the food, we all really enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly and will definitely return. The only problem was it was so cold and I had to eat with my coat on. Hopefully the staff will see this and remedy

A one night stay over, room was very clean, staff were pleasant, we had dinner and breakfast, this is not a hotel so please do not expect the same facility's. this hotel is fine for breaking up a long journey but I would not stay for longer than one night. Speisekarte ansehen

Booked for 2 nights but on arrival was told I was booked in for the day before no way would the arrogant owner except it was his mistake. Room ok but the breakfast was inedible, SWIMMING in fat, then I was told the room was available after all, No thank you!!!

This restaurant experience was a complete disappointment. There was a fly in our food, so we sent it back. The staff told us not to order again as we were too much trouble. The chips were raw and they refused to issue a refund. This place is cheap, nasty, and rude. I recommend going to Jade Garden for good quality and value for your money. Speisekarte ansehen

This restaurant is fantastic. I have ordered from here more than 10 times and the food is always delicious. The customer service is excellent - I've called a few times to make changes to my order or payment method, and it's always handled quickly and efficiently. The staff, including the delivery drivers, are polite. The food is tasty and cooked perfectly. My most recent order arrived in just 15 minutes. This is a great restaurant.

Called in for a takeaway BIG mistake. Fried rice clumped up In rock hard balls supposed to be a special fried rice only thing special was irs terrible quality foo young full of salt and frozen peas inedible. Sweet and sour chicken like shoe leather no batter. Thus is the worst meal I have ever had !!! It's absolute garbage I finished up Throwing it in the bin. I Give it a big miss it's good is disgusting and very rude staff told cash only !!! That's a bit iffy maybe they are not paying the vat or income tax !!! HMRC Investigate em You have been warned don't eat here

Do not go here! I had a takeaway tonight and it was absolutely awful. The chips were cooked but hard, my prawn balls were cold and the sweet and sour pork tasted like off fish. I rang up and complained and she asked me to bring it back and I would get a refund. However, because I had tried some of the food she wouldn’t give me a full refund. She had an extremely bad attitude. I never complain about anything but this food was so so so bad! Restaurant was empty on a Saturday night which wasn’t a good sign at all. Staff are extremely rude and genuinely don’t care. I’m not sure how this place is still open?? Speisekarte ansehen
