Yummy Mexican. Two times in a week we visited Benito's hat. Margaritas and fresh steak and chicken tacos served by a young and friendly staff made it perfect!

A generously sized burrito with good ingredients and nicely marinated steak. Always well wrapped (no leakages) and a nice spicy salsa that doesn’t blow your head off but one that you know is there.

I have been to both the fritzovia one and the kings cross one. The burritos are a but underwhelming to be honest compared to the host of other Mexican joints chipotle, chilango etc. The quantity is also a bit smaller than usual for burrito places. A very average experience.

I think this place is brilliant! The food and drinks are authentic and delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful too. You can go there for nibbles and cocktails or for a hearty meal. I'd recommend having a burrito with all the trimmings including guacamole and refried beans and a horchata or a marguarita to drink! Speisekarte ansehen

Fun, inexpensive cocktails (they're two for one most nights of the week) will draw you in to this burrito joint, but the copious amounts of meat that you get in each dish will keep you coming back again and again. It's difficult to get a staple dish such as this wrong, and Benito's Hat doesn't disappoint. Choose your meat, add some cheese, guacamole or peppers, get it wrapped and grab a margarita: you're good to go!

Tasty Mexican fare!!. Last time I was in London, I wanted to check out Benito's Hat, having heard it had authentic Mexican food... tacos, burritos, even bunuelos!! Well, it was delicious. My dining partner and I built our own burritos from the bottom up... she tried the chicken, while I had the pork. Meat was seasoned to perfection with Mexican spices, without being too caliente, and the yummy toppings like guacamole, salsa, and veggies made the consistency perfect! It being almost the coctail hour, we both had a margarita, and they were also perfect... margaritas on the rocks you would expect to get in Mexico! Mmmm.... I went back twice!

I ordered a burrito with steak and pretty much every topping they offered, including Salsa del Diablo. The soft flour tortilla not only reminded me of the ones I grew up eating in Mexico, but held their own against the massive amounts of toppings I had asked for. While their Salsa del Diablo provided a kick to the burrito, the overall taste was underwhelming. Not only was the taste underwhelming but the service was average at best. It could have just been the people who were working there when I went in but that shouldn't be an experience they offer. Overall, they should step their game up when they have many competitors providing better tasting fast Mexican food with a better service. Speisekarte ansehen
