Best Mangal, West Kensington

The food was very tasty and plentiful. The service was wonderful and we were treated like royalty . The Manager even let us try the wine before ordering. I can highly recommend this restaurant if you want a relaxing evening out and no blaring music...

The owner takes time to talk with his guests and his friendly team go about their duties jovial, accurately and speedily. The starters are very tasty and the mains are the best i have tasted anywhere. All washed down with the words finest Efes beer....

We used to go here every Sunday when we lived close by. it was the first restaurant my son every went to and the waiters always doted on him. The food is great and the staff are personable and best of all remember my family. thanks for always being there. Speisekarte ansehen

We order mixed grill and shish kebab it was very dry no taste and small portion the plated looks like left over , and the chicken wings were full of hair , when I talk to the waitress she said to me all of the wing are like this lol I almost vomit in that table cause that uneatable food specially ! No worth it at all

Great restaurant and getting busier by the day, getting to a point now where you have to book a table. While promoted as a Mediterranean kebab restaurant, just be mindful it’s Turkish not Greek. Those that know the difference will know what I’m talking about. That being said the food is fantastic, salad and sides as fresh as you like and the bread is to die for! I go with my partner every 2 weeks. The restaurant is really clean and tidy and the staff are super attentive but not overbearing. Only a few minutes walk from Fulham Broadway. Highly recommended! Recently we went there as a family to celebrate my husband's birthday. The food and the service were beyond our expectation. We had Mezze for starters and variety of grill as main course, they were all freshly made. I would also highlight recommend the baklava if you can manage after very generously served starters and main courses. I can not finish my review without mentioning the staff. Especially the manager Erkan was exceptionally polite attentive made us really welcome. We have been to so many different Turkish restaurants over the years but we always end up going back to Best Mangal . They always come top of our choice at the end. I'd read the reviews and had decided against this restaurant but stumbled in later as everywhere else was booked. The starters were okay but not special and the kofte was too chewy with a strange aftertaste. I was envious of my friend's lamb cutlets but I shall have to live with that. I noticed the restaurant was not even half full peak time on a Friday night and my abiding memory would be of a nervy, self-obsessed patron who complained about inflation and costs but proudly could buy a whole street in Sheffield where I lived; so he's doing okay overall, at least but I don't think his heart's really in it any more and he was dismissive of bad reviews. I'd say it was expensive for what it was....

We have ordered from The Best Mangal several times as a take away, and I must say the food is delicious (even if a little over priced). However, I am unfortunately one of the many neighbours of the establishment, for which they hold no care for. They have an area out the back which they frequently hold loud parties in until 1am on weekdays and the weekends are even worse. I have no issue in these parties, but this back room has only a piece of material (which stays open in summer is even louder) as the ceiling, they instead could have the loud music in the other part of the restaurant!
