"Lush food, brilliant staff, cosy atmosphere in the heart of the city Bills is the perfect family dinner pit stop! We headed there after a day running round after the kids at the Science Museum, and as soon as we sat down it was like breathing a sigh of relief as we were made to feel so at home. Perfect for kids, packed full of interesting animal themed bits and bobs, the restaurant itself is like a magazine interior come to life, just cosier. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We we were lucky enough to be there for the kids eat free half term offer but even so it would have been great value for two courses any other time and their food was just as fab as ours. For us grown ups, chicken shawarma and meatballs were both plate licking good. And the apple and ginger mojito much needed after a day with two kids in town went down a treat! We will definitely be back! Highly recommend to other frazzled parents looking for a warm welcome for the whole clan and lush food to boot."

I went to this restaurant for a birthday meal and received excellent service from Megan. She was friendly and had a good sense of humor, making our experience enjoyable. She is a valuable member of the team.

My friends and I had a wonderful brunch experience at Bill's. We enjoyed the bottomless cocktails, which were a great choice with so many options available. Mollie took excellent care of us, keeping our glasses full and ensuring we never had to wait long for another cocktail. The shwarmas were delicious and reasonably priced. This restaurant is nice inside and has friendly, pleasant staff. However, I was very disappointed with my food from this branch of Bill’s. The chicken burger I had was quite dry and tasteless. It was not very warm either. The fries with rosemary were also disappointing. They were not very warm, seemed to be frozen fries, and the rosemary was all in the bottom of the pot that they were served in. Not great! My family members also found their food to be disappointing. Bill’s also add service charges onto the final bill without telling you. You can ask for this to be removed when you pay. Nearly £6 was added onto our bill, which is a bit cheeky!

There were 13 of us who attended Bill's in Spinningfields. The staff who greeted us were extremely pleasant and very smiley. One of the staff kindly allowed us to try the vegan shawarma of the menu before ordering. It was the manager, in a chequered shirt who was rude from the outset, and as if it was an issue for her to serve a large amount of people. In fact, she did not even crack a semi smile through the evening. We were all professionals; mannered and friendly. We felt reluctant to even ask her for anything as her attitude was as though she could not be bothered to serve us!
