Our waiter was brilliant and took very good care of us. The food was great as well. It was quite busy, so service in general was a bit slow, but otherwise everything was great.

We were seated and rushed out within 45 minutes! The starters and main courses were served at the same time, and they didn't even have basic spirits available! It was a waste of money, and I was thoroughly disappointed.

Despite the restaurant being fully booked, the staff and kitchen managed everything seamlessly! Our group of seven was well taken care of. It's a shame that the menu was changed and some of our favorite dishes were removed. Speisekarte ansehen

The food was excellent, the decor was appealing, and the atmosphere was pleasant. However, the service was a bit slow and some items were overlooked, though they were quite busy. Bill's donuts are always a fantastic choice for dessert!

excellent meal, possibly the best of 2022. kinks down in the crypt with a fabulous host who was happy to run up and down and take care of their guests. the beetroot and feta salad starter was perfect as the main dishes of lachs and burger. the free cocktails were a real bonus! by recommended.

Had a good evening at Bills our waiter was very good and no complaints about the quality of the food and drink which was very good. We did have a long wait for our food as our order somehow got lost and it looked like other diners were also waiting a long time so something needs to be fixed. Would still recommend. I always have a wonderful experience at Bill's! It's definitely worth arriving early for their breakfast and brunch menu, which is absolutely delicious. The staff have consistently been friendly and engaging, which enhances the overall experience. It tends to get quite busy, so I recommend making a reservation if you want to ensure a table.

We went here as a group of 12 for lunch. The food was really good so no complaints on that side. We turned up at 12pm and didn't leave until after 3pm (over 3 hours) as the service was extremely slow. We were told it was because we hadn't pre-ordered, but there were many other tables that also hadn't pre-ordered, so I don't accept this as a good excuse. It's a shame as it's close to our office and would have liked to use again, but just can't afford to take that much time over lunch.

When our food arrived, we had requested that the avocado on toast be served plain, as my daughter has specific dietary needs. Unfortunately, the first order did not meet this customization, and my daughter refused to eat it. However, the staff promptly brought us a second plate with the requested changes, and they even added a third plate as compensation for the inconvenience. Despite this, I found the Plant Plate to be overpriced at £13; it was insufficient, and I was missing several components of my breakfast. Overall, if it weren't for the incredibly helpful and attentive staff, our experience would have been quite disappointing. Speisekarte ansehen
