Well-designed, modern “raw stone and wood” environment. Good beer selection, including an aged lambic and an epic season that really enjoyed our table. Pizzas were delicious, with perfect crust and simple, tasteful ingredients. Service was also good. We will return during this visit.

we were here the first evening arrived from a long journey, we climbed from Sicily by car on the occasion of the makerfaire. Our fantastic guide in the Colosseum recommended this place very much and we were not disappointed! We arrived at 7 a.m. and were told that we could sit immediately if we were ready at about 9 a.m. for previous reservations that we were happy to accommodate! The menu was easy to understand and had many fantastic choices, but I knew what I wanted as soon as I saw that a master pizza maker loaded amazing looking pizzas into a wood stove. We started with some of their homemade potato chips with homemade ketchup while we had our drinks. The waiter was patient and helpful while recommending some local cedars and beers.
