Horrible service. Who we suspected was the owner came across as extremely rude and dismissive when asked a simple question about menu items. After that we decided on the spot to leave.

Fabulous lunch in a lovely friendly warm cafe. The lady who owns the cafe could not have been more helpful and friendly. The stovies were amazing!! Thoroughly recommend! The wee shop below is wonderful too :

Go somewhere else.. Food was over-priced, and not even good. £10 for a chicken ceasar sandwich, which was sparse on both the chicken and salad. It came with the tiniest pot of coleslaw ever. On the plus side, nice outdoor area for those sunny days! Speisekarte ansehen

This restaurant is perfect for enjoying coffee, cake, a light lunch, or all three! The size of the place allows for a good chance of finding a seat, while still maintaining a cozy atmosphere. The staff are welcoming and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable.

Avoid this place like the plague!! Overpriced small portions and over-charged by £10..when pointed out to older lady manager she was very rude and very reluctant to pay money back..the younger staff are pleasant but this woman should definitely not be dealing with customers..we certainly would never go back there..!!

Well, what can we say very accommodating. 16 of us turned up after cycling from Alloa . We had our awayday cycle today (Callander Meander Group) .Our server who called himself Alex. I'm not sure about that, lol. Was so good that he had us all in stitches . Regarding the food, the Bacon Butty was outstanding coffee excellent will definitely visit again . Speisekarte ansehen

My wife and I stopped off for coffee and cake during our first visit to the town, and had a super experience. We sat indoors with a view out to the garden at the rear. Staff were friendly and helpful, despite being hard pressed at lunchtime on a beautiful day. We were tempted by the soup and sandwiches we saw being served to other dogs nets, but ordered two slices of lemon cake and coffees. The cake was moist and delicious. We will return!

Absolute shocking food. undercooked pasta for the tasteless macaroni cheese and the portion size for adults are terrible at £8.95 a portion wouldn't fill a 3 year old) wife says the bread on her sandwich was stale and again not worth £8.95. Place was full of entitled mothers who can't control there screaming brats so made the whole affair most unenjoyable. Then to get overcharged by £8.95 was just downright disgraceful. Tables are dirty and floor needs a good wash. Will never return to be ripped off.

My wife went to get two takeaway coffee’s and a piece of cake at 2pm. Waitress was friendly and took order but the guy behind the counter was rude and exclaimed !” we are not making any more takeaways!”. He told the guy in front of my wife “he was okay and get his takeaway”. All the waitress could do was show open hands as if it was outwith her control. I will never ever visit this cafe again, shocking way to treat customers! If I had anything to do with the licensing of this premises, it would be revoked! Speisekarte ansehen
