Service was great, food was delicious! We were able to get a table quickly, which was so helpful. No complaints--would eat here again!

Had a very tasty dinner while staying at this five star hotel. Relaxed not pretentious at all just great well prepared food and attentive service- a perfect recipe for a good dinner.

the quinoa and cale salad is very delicious. they offer warm milk with coffee that I like when staying at arts hotel, this best option for a fast meal. they serve the breakfast all day.

I took a group of clients here to have lunch and it was quite disappointing. The food was fine but overpriced and small portions. Service was okay but not the kind you expect in a hotel like arts. Will not book clients to this hotel...again.

we had arrived this evening and wanted a light snack. even if we had access to a wonderful club lounge, we did not want to miss the café food and freshly roasted coffee here. a grilled chicken breast with the croissant and a turkey...wrap between us was quite satisfied. coffee was exceptional craftsmanship speciality.

the hotel is located on the lobby level of the hotel arts, this is a large small place to eat a quick bite. we had a late dinner that included an salad, pasta, fries and a hamburger. Despite the completely empty restaurants the service was slow the dishes were very nice, but the euros bill was too expensive for such an informal place.

we visited the lunch that was delicious standard almost food' menu, but beautifully presented and competently executed. the waiters from Eastern Europe instead of Spanish were very professional: friendly, but also discreet. the location in arts hotel is...of course amazing the only part was the price could not believe the bill of euro for two main courses and a few (soft) drinks would visit again

The food was merely ok, nothing to rave about. Plenty of servers although all but one seemed to be busy preparing for dinner I guess. They left an inexperienced server to attend our table. They served us a totally flat glass of cava and I...had to force the server to open a new bottle to see how it should be and the difference versus a flat one. She seemed genuinely surprised. When we were leaving I noticed a big bucket with open sparkling wines, several bottles... Not one closed

We eat times for lunch . the offer is very simple , but this is a restaurant mainly for a snack or fast lunch Once we ate a salmon sandwich and it was really interesting and tasty . The sandwich was served with a...huge quantity of fantastic homemade French fries A second time we tried pasta , that was terrible. Huge quantity , but the quality of the tagliatelle was very modest and mostly were stick each other. So we could eat only part of it . Carbonara was a pasta with no any relation with a real Carbonara , choice of product and taste was unacceptable .
