The service at the restaurant has gotten better since my last visit, but unfortunately, the waitstaff still seem to be struggling despite their efforts.

This Indo-Italian restaurant is always bustling with customers, even though it is quite spacious! It is a favorite among locals, and golfers from the nearby course frequently stop by.

The drink was watered down. We ordered a jug full of juice and what we got was two third water. We poured this drink in glasses so only a third of the jug was full before we realised that the drink was not what it should be. We complained and they agreed only to replace what was in the jug! When I went today the manager told me that there is no VAT exclusion but there should have been due to the chancellor announcing this publicly. They said that this exclusion is only applicable for the restaurants to give in government. They were arguing with me and didn’t exclude VAT in price

Blue Zenzer has an interesting concept with a bit more attention to service could be a great place. Having arrived early the venue soon became busy which may have led to the lack of attention from the wait staff. This was felt when no one asked if we wanted more drinks and whilst waiting to pay. Food size was good though

Went for a family birthday lunch, was very disappointed with the food. The starters were nice but the mains especially the pasta dishes were bland and tasteless. Would not recommend the Alfredo pastas. The mocktails were too watery. The service was ok. The manager was understanding and took the pastas of the bill. Don’t think will be eating at this restaurant for awhile.

Honestly why advertise on Deliveroo and Uber Eats if you are not commited most of the time to be available to order. We have rang several times only to be told by the staff that the option to order online is on. It gets switched on every time we call in and complain. Not sure if the staff switch the system off to avoid additional kitchen orders. Definitely not a way to run business. Food is great but shame you don't get an option to order it most of the time.

Used to enjoy coming here for a nice meal and few cocktails with friends but after this last experience will definitely not be coming back. No atmosphere, service absolutely appalling, food bland and tasted like frozen produce, even the pizza base tasted like it was heated from frozen with few extra toppings thrown on top ! Tasted 5 of the red wines before we found one that was actually drinkable and the cocktails tasted like dishwater, when they actually arrived . Mine didn’t 3 of us so not even a big amt to remember! and I couldn’t get the attention of anyone to ask where it was until the dinner arrived at which point I had wine so didn’t want the cocktail.
