Boujee Liverpool - Speisekarte

Waited longer for a drinks menu than a drink so I’m not impressed, service was very scattered and the lady at the front desk was rude, won’t be coming again!

I had drinks and some dessert at a charming and unique restaurant. It had a delightful, feminine vibe, and I would definitely consider going back. Unfortunately, I wasn't a fan of the dessert, though.

Restaurant was closed for business upon our arrival! Googled it and it said that the restaurant had been closed since the 5th July! No notice and even asked me to confirm my reservation of 9!!! The day before Speisekarte ansehen

Cancelled a week before we were due to come. We had it booked for a fee months. Was traveling 2 and a half hours and had already booked a hotel for our friends 30th. Emailed them and still yet to receive a reply.

We arrived at boujee, after getting a text to confirm we were still attending the day before, to find it had closed down. My daughter was heartbroken as it was for her birthday. We went to zizzis across the road which was fab and probably better than there anyway from what I’ve read since

The restaurant was closed when I arrived for my booking, despite having communicated with them on Instagram. I had made a reservation for a hen party, and they were in touch with me right up until the day of the booking without mentioning that they would be closed. We showed up only to find the place shut down. I've tried reaching out to them since then, but they have completely ignored my messages. This is a complete lack of customer support and service. I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I received an email informing me that they were not open and offered a £50 credit for the five of us to use at another venue in Chester, but they didn’t accept my response to this offer. Meanwhile, they have taken our money at the clubhouse in Liverpool, where they actually value their customers. It's a disgrace, especially considering my 5-year-old niece was so excited to go to Boujee.

The star rating would be zero if I was able to award. Booked Liverpool Bougee months ago for a 50th birthday, had a 4 hr round trip, tried to call them to discuss allergies for one of the party with no one answering the phone. Saturday arrived and managed to get through to another branch only to find out Liverpool branch was closed. Bougee once again demonstrates contempt for its customers. Absolutely disgusted with this restaurant and will not be booking it again. Would have only taken a phonecall to tell prebooked customers of the closure. Zero stars from me.

beautiful place to go with friends once. once with friends and a second time with my daughter. would not be back as it now sees and the pictures made. do not eat enough to rush back, although nice enough once. booked second trip table through 'open table' and did not realize that this was for outside seats. when we had escaped sitting person! yuk! and the person I was with was not comfortable with people who walked by and were walking around. server sat us in 'with the last available table that we only have an hour and 30 minutes'. sa near a family with many empty tables around us?
