I have been dining here for over 10 years and have enjoyed countless meals here, from intimate dinners for two to birthday celebrations and bachelorette parties. The menu has remained largely unchanged over the years and the owner has stayed the same, but the restaurant itself has continuously improved in terms of decor and atmosphere. The food is consistently delicious, with our favorite dishes never failing to satisfy. We also enjoy trying new dishes, and the quality, taste, and portion sizes are always top-notch. "A hidden gem in Blackpool. We were presented with the art of food in a plate they cook from fresh and the chef shows all his love and passion in every single plate. Lovely restaurant, romantic place, delicious food all that including the friendly owners makes you enjoy every moment. "this place is simply excellent. the black pudding I had for my starter is probably the best starter I ever had. all the foods were cooked to perfection, very well presented and all the staff very friendly. prices also excellent and a quality overhang after 2 bottles of their home wine, merlot at less than £11 a bottle. unbeatable. my TripAdvisor writing up to be finished in a short time!"

"After changing hands, we were naturally worried as we have been going to SALT for over 10 years. Little did we know the new guys would give it the va va voom SALT had all those years ago from day one. Danielle, Thea and the team make sure you are comfortable, well fed and certainly enjoy the experience. What I've enjoyed is seeing the new team sprinkle a little fairy dust on the already delicious menu by adding their own little something something. What more can you ask? Thea and her sweet treats will most certainly keep you coming back for more. We had a range of puddings: banana loaf, tea loaf (GF), brownies (vg) and a cherry tart. My sister is a vegan and as someone who has followed the vegan lifestyle CAKES CAN BE SO SLOPPY and brownies so dry. These were so delicious (I hate the word) but so moist! My partner had: the tots with lemon aioli and the Perky Pig and I had the Vegan's revenge. Really cannot wait to see what else Team SALT does. Absolutely magic team! Top job guys."

"I'm usually not one for critique, but after the hauze experience I decided to change tactics. the steak was amazing, but the pfeffer grain sauce was the best I ever had and was on another level. so much that my girlfriend dipped that many chips we almost argued (they never dived chip). the friendly staff and the customer service were in the second thing and I would strongly recommend hauze restaurant and go back there in a heartbeat. Thank you."
