Once again the service was great, only beaten by the excellent food. They make their own ice cream which is well worth a try.

Definitely not for vegetarians, and the menu is a little wasted on small children, but for meat lovers, it's the best you can get hands down!

The restaurant is charging higher prices inside than what is advertised outside, with lower quality cuts being served more frequently than the higher quality cuts. Additionally, they have a unique pricing system for children based on their height, similar to amusement parks. Overall, the meal was very disappointing and not worth the high cost.

We were grateful to discover this hidden gem among the many dining options in Romford. The service was exceptional from the moment we entered the restaurant until we left. The attentive and friendly servers ensured that we left with satisfied stomachs. We especially recommend the lamb, which was delicious and kept us coming back for more. The self-serve buffet was also delicious. Thank you for making our lunch a memorable experience.

What a hidden gem! We went for lunch here today (Sunday 13th) as a party of 6 (4 adults and 2 children aged 9 13). We were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff and our drinks order was taken and delivered promptly. Food was AMAZING lots of choice of meats and all so succulent and tasty! Something for everyone even the kids loved it! Lamb, pork, steak, chicken all delicious! Puddings we’re also excellent a selection of cakes and the most delicious ice creams! Absolutely disgusting service!!! I went during the day to book a table for a birthday meal for 4. I took decorations and balloons the day before the meal to ask them to set up the table for us. I as told You can 't leave the decorations here cause we 'll probably lose them ...WTF?! I was told to come back the next day and give the decorations. So I went back with the decorations and was told they probably wont have time to set up the table and they can 't promise anything!!! Disrespectful and plain bad service. The manager ERMA was in charge. All of the staff were unfriendly tbh. Do not waste your time of money in this place!!!

I was a bit nervous at first since I had never been to a Brazilian restaurant before and wasn't sure what to expect in terms of the food, knowing only that it would be meat. However, the price per person was reasonable and once I tried the variety and quality of meats served, I understood why. The steak, pork, gammon, and more were cooked to perfection and the flavors were absolutely delightful. Our wedding anniversary we decided to have carvery from Braza. We have been there few times already. We ordered btl of white wine which, very warm. I asked for some extra ice. As always bit of food from buffet the waiting for meat to arrive. I am meat eater and I like to eat. 30 min into my wife said that she is feeling so uncomfortable as the female manager is,always looking at us. I said just leave it. 45 min of been seated, waiter arrived to our table and suggested that we have had enough, are you done boss ? The card for 3 of us was still green. I said not I still have time.
