What a meal! Amazing dinner and this is authentic Indian food. The dal makhni was nice and creamy. Great ambience and Jane who served us did so with a smile and was happy to chat as well. The best part was naan on fire which is a naan with green chillies.

Booked late after a show at Queens theatre. Three of us. Lovely food with good range of options. I liked that you could decide on the heat you prefer. We all like chilli so it was perfect. But if you're not quite so keen they'll tone it down. Delicious. Beautiful clean restaurant. Lovely staff. Thank you x

absolutely good food, service and atmosphere 10/10. we were received and the menu shown and the waiter was happy to answer all the questions about the menu. the food was quickly and hot raised, the taste was nice and the staff always available when they need something. they would retreat, beautiful meal and beautiful to have a restaurant that is somewhat different than their normal every day curry. This was our first time eating at Tandoori Lounge in Hornchurch, after usually going to another Indian restaurant. We decided to give Tandoori Lounge a try and we are so glad we did. We were welcomed warmly and seated quickly. The interior decor is beautiful and creates a comfortable atmosphere. The food was delicious, from the poppadoms to the lamb dansak. Our server was friendly and took the time to explain how the dishes were cooked, whether they were hot, medium, or mild. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be returning.

This was our first time dining at Tandoori Lounge, as we typically frequent another Indian restaurant in Hornchurch. However, we were delighted that we decided to try this place out. Visit with friends. Arrived and the restaurant was very empty at that time of the evening. Shown to a table that had been allocated to us. Asked if we could move to another and I was initially given the impression that that might be difficult. Just to say again that the tables were allocated rather than reserved. Another customer was making a similar request and after some back and forth we could both move. Not the greatest of starts. This restaurant specialises in Punjabi cuisine. That is what attracted us in the first place when reviewing the menu online before we booked. Starters were of a generous size but rather stodgy.
